摘　　要：目的探讨自体软骨移植在鼻尖整形术中的护理体会。方法将我院2021年3月-2022年1月80例自体软骨移植鼻尖整形术患者,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施个体化护理。比较两组护理前后不良心理、满意度。结果实验组不良心理低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论自体软骨移植鼻尖整形术患者实施个体化护理效果确切。Objective To explore the nursing experience of autologous cartilage transplantation in nasal tip plastic surgery.Methods From March 2021 to January 2022,80 patients with autologous cartilage transplantation for nasal tip plastic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given individualized nursing.The adverse psychology and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The experimental group was lower than the control group,the satisfaction was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing for nasal tip plastic surgery patients with autologous cartilage transplantation is exact.
