重症颅脑外伤病人呼吸道护理干预措施及实施价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究在重症颅脑外伤患者的护理工作中实施呼吸道护理干预的可行性和有效性。方法纳入我院90例重症颅脑外伤患者,病例选取时段介于2021年7月-2022年7月,对其进行规范分组操作(每组45例);其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组联合开展呼吸道护理干预;将“治疗时间、并发症、动脉血气”作为两组对比指标进行评价。结果(1)与对照组治疗时间相比,观察组患者置管时间、ICU停留以及住院时间等治疗时间较短(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组并发症(17.7%)相比,观察组患者并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。(3)开展护理干预工作后,与对照组患者动脉血气指标相比,观察组患者动脉血气改善幅度较大(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道护理干预在重症颅脑外伤患者的护理工作中具有显著效果,可降低并发症并改善患者的动脉血气情况。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of respiratory tract nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods 90 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were enrolled in our hospital.The selected period of the patients was from July 2021 to July 2022.They were divided into standard groups(45 patients in each group);The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given respiratory tract nursing intervention;“Treatment time,complications and arterial blood gas”were used as the comparative indicators for evaluation.Results(1)Compared with the treatment time of the control group,the treatment time of patients in the observation group was shorter P.(2)The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(17.7%)(P<0.05).(3)After carrying out nursing intervention,compared with the arterial blood gas index of the patients in the control group,the arterial blood gas index of the patients in the observation group improv ed significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory tract nursing intervention has significant effect in the nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma,which can reduce complications and improve the arterial blood gas status of patients.
