摘　　要：随着大容量干式电力变压器绕组外形尺寸增大,当现有浇注设备无法采用立式浇注工艺时,基于高压箔绕绕组卧式浇注工艺,本文设计了内置气道方管和气道固定板,提出了一套完整的卧式浇注工艺实施方案,提高了原有浇注设备的利用率。With the increase of the size of the coil of the large capacity dry power transformer,when the existing pouring equipment can not adopt the vertical pouring technology,based on the horizontal pouring technology of high pressure foil coil,the built-in airway square tube and the airway fixed plate are designed,and a complete implementation plan of the horizontal pouring technology to improve the utilization rate of the original pouring equipment is put forward.
