摘 要:光伏发电并网规模增加,其出力不确定性容易引起电网电压的波动,有载调压变压器(OLTC)成为其主要的调压手段。而OLTC变比的调整容易对电力系统电压稳定运行造成影响,且主要影响其稳定的成因在于OLTC“负调压效应”临界点位置的变化。因此本文作者研究了光伏接入条件下,影响OLTC“负调压效应”临界点的因素。结果表明系统输出端电压、有载调压变压器负荷侧功率因数、以及光伏发电功率因数变化与有载调压变压器“负调压效应”临界点的位置直接相关,并在IEEE 14节点系统进行了验证分析。With the increase of grid-connected scale of photovoltaic power generation,the uncertainty of its output is easy to cause the fluctuation of grid voltage.The on-load voltage regulating transformer(OLTC)has become the main means of voltage regulating.The adjustment of OLTC variable ratio is easy to affect the voltage stability of power system,and the main cause of its stability is the change of the critical point position of OLTC"negative voltage regulation effect".Therefore,this paper studies the factors affecting the critical point of"negative voltage regulating effect"of on-load voltage regulating transformer under the condition of photovoltaic grid-connected.The results show that the output voltage of the system,the load side power factor of the on-load voltage regulating transformer,and the change of the photovoltaic power factor are directly related to the position of the critical point of"negative voltage regulating effect"of the onload voltage regulating transformer,and the verification analysis is carried out in the IEEE 14-node system.
