“7S”管理模式在供电企业化学实验室管理中的应用探究

摘　　要：化学实验室的管理是供电企业安全管理的重要指标之一。通过对供电企业化学实验室各管理要素进行分析梳理,针对化学实验室日常工作中遇到的实验环境维护、危化品管理、仪器设备管理和人员素质培养等方面的管理问题,提出了“7S”管理模式,为保障供电企业化学实验室的安全有序运行提供了一种新的管理思路。The management of chemical laboratories is one of the important indicators for the safety management of power supply enterprises.This article analyzes and sorts out the various management elements of the chemical laboratory in power supply enterprises,and proposes a 7S management model to address the management issues encountered in the daily work of the chemical laboratory,such as laboratory environment maintenance,hazardous chemical storage,instrument and equipment calibration,and personnel quality training.This provides a new management approach to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the chemical laboratory in power supply enterprises.
