摘　　要：减重手术是实现患者体重下降、改善肥胖相关代谢紊乱的重要手段。对减重术后患者治疗依从性进行评估有助于医护人员制订个体化干预方案。本文从减重手术后患者治疗依从性的现状、评估工具及评估工具的比较3个方面进行总结,为医护人员合理选用减重手术后患者治疗依从性评估工具提供依据。Bariatric surgery is an important means to achieve weight loss in patients and improve obesity-related metabolic disorders.Evaluating the treatment compliance of patients after bariatric surgery can help medical and nursing staff develop personalized intervention plans.This paper summarizes the current status,assessment tools,and comparison of assessment tools of patient treatment compliance after bariatric surgery,providing a basis for medical and nursing staff to reasonably select treatment compliance assessment tools for patients after bariatric surgery.
