摘　　要：皮诺切特在推翻阿连德的左翼政府后,启用了代表新自由主义思想的芝加哥弟子重塑智利的经济和社会发展。芝加哥弟子在军政府的决策过程中发挥了核心作用。这些年轻的经济学家以强烈的集体精神,领导了智利自20世纪30年代以来最重要、影响最深远的一场改革,颠覆了智利的社会、经济、政治甚至文化基础。芝加哥弟子自身中立的立场、去政治化的思想和完整的计划方案是吸引皮诺切特的重要因素。改革效果显著,出现了较高的经济增长,但也暴露出新自由主义经济实验的局限性和负面性。After overthrowing Allende’s left-wing government,Pinochet used Chicago Boys who represented neoliberal ideas to reshape Chile’s economic and social development and they played a central role in the junta’s decision-making process.With a strong collective spirit,these young economists led Chile’s most important and far-reaching reforms since the 1930s,upending the country’s social,economic,political and even cultural foundations.Their own neutral stance,depoliticized thinking and complete plan were important factors attracting Pinochet.The reforms were so effective that there was a high economic growth,but which also revealed the limitations and negativity of the neoliberal economic experiment.
