摘  要:为对涉及桥梁伸缩装置失效的交通事故的成因鉴定提供借鉴作用,以一起发生在京昆高速四川段某桥梁上的DX-160型模数式伸缩装置失效事故为例,对失效伸缩装置的构造、损坏状况、材料性能、焊接质量、安装质量等方面进行实地检验、金相分析和拉伸试验,并利用物理学原理对中梁与横梁焊接的失效、位移箱支座的失效以及中梁型钢的断裂失效进行了分析,最终锁定该伸缩装置失效的成因。结果表明:桥梁伸缩装置部分位移箱预留槽的混凝土在浇筑施工时未完全填充捣实,以致在频繁的交变载荷下,部分位移箱底板开裂,造成部分位移箱内的支座脱落以及部分横梁和中梁的焊缝断裂,从而改变了中梁型钢承受车辆行驶载荷的传递方式,最终导致中梁型钢在该处发生疲劳断裂失效。To provide reference for the cause identification of traffic accidents involving bridge expansion device failure,a DX-160 modular expansion device failure accident on a bridge in Sichuan section of Beijing-Kunming highway was used as an example.Field inspection,metallographic analysis and tensile test were carried out on the structure,damage condition,material properties,welding quality,installation quality and other aspects of the failure expansion device.And the failure of the welding between the middle beam and the cross beam,the failure of the displacement box support and the fracture failure of the middle beam steel were analyzed by using the physics principle,and the causes of the failure of the expansion device were finally locked.The results show that the concrete of the reserved slot in some displacement boxes of the bridge expansion device was not fully filled and tampered during the previous construction,so that the bottom plate of some displacement boxes cracked under frequent alternating loads.The bearing in part of the displacement box fell off and the weld fracture of part of the beam and the middle beam broke,which changed the transmission mode of the middle beam steel bearing the driving load of the vehicle,and finally led to the fatigue fracture failure of the middle beam steel at this place.
