摘　　要：供应链是皮革企业运营体系的基本组成部分,构建绿色供应链体系是实现企业降本增效、实现绿色发展的重要环节。本文在明确皮革企业绿色供应链构建的意义与问题的基础上,以皮革产业供应链高质量运行为目标,说明绿色供应链的基本组成部分和管理策略优化路径,为推动皮革供应链改进优化提供理论参考,为提升企业整体运营水平、融入产业生态体系起到积极促进作用。The supply chain is a basic component of the operation system of leather enterprises,and building a green supply chain system is an important link to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase and green development of enterprises.On the basis of clarifying the significance and problems of green supply chain construction of leather enterprises,this paper aimed at high-quality operation of the leather industry supply chain,explained the basic com⁃ponents of the green supply chain and the optimization path of management strategies,so as to provide theoretical ref⁃erence for promoting the improvement and optimization of the leather supply chain,and play a positive role in promo⁃ting the overall operation level of enterprises and integrating into the industrial ecosystem.
