摘 要:以不定岛LDPE/PA6超细纤维为研究对象,通过选择不同制备工艺,包括原材料配比、纺丝速度、环吹风风量和温度、牵伸温度和倍数,探究制备工艺对海岛型超细纤维物性的影响。结果表明,纤维中PA6的比例越高,纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、初始模量和断裂比功就越高。提高环吹风的风量或者降低环吹风的温度,会导致纤维的断裂强度和初始模量提高,断裂伸长率和断裂比功降低。纺丝速度越高,纤维的断裂强度和初始模量就越高,纤维的断裂伸长率和断裂比功则越低。在玻璃化温度之上,牵伸温度越高或者牵伸比例越高,纤维的断裂强度和初始模量就越高,纤维的断裂伸长率和断裂比功则越低。Taking the microfiber of LDPE/PA6 as the researching object,the influence of preparation process on the physical properties of fiber was explored,by selecting different preparation process,including the mass ratio of raw material,spinning speed,the volume and temperature of blowing quench,the temperature and multiple of rear drafting.The results indicate that the higher the proportion of PA6 in the fiber,the higher the fracture strength,elon⁃gation at break,initial modulus,and specific work of rupture of the fiber.Increasing the air volume or decreasing the temperature of the blowing air can lead to an increase in the fracture strength and initial modulus of the fibers,as well as a decrease in the elongation at break and specific work of rupture.The higher the spinning speed,the higher the fiber's fracture strength and initial modulus,while the fiber's elongation at break and specific work of rupture are low⁃er.Above the glass transition temperature,the higher the stretching temperature or the higher the stretching ratio,the higher the fracture strength and initial modulus of the fiber,while the lower the elongation at break and specific work of rupture of the fiber.
