摘 要:相较于直杆互承结构,满足互承构型要求的曲杆互承结构杆件规格更少,更容易实现目标曲面。为了实现曲杆互承结构的构型,定义曲杆互承结构基本单元块的参数,将曲杆间的互承搭接关系简化为搭接点处切线之间的位置关系,建立了曲杆互承关系数学描述表达式,得到优化算法目标函数。利用已有的优化算法,即可实现曲杆互承构型。采用提出的方法对6根曲杆组成的互承结构和6~3型阿基米德铺砌柱面曲杆互承结构进行构型研究,并与模型试验结果进行对比,发现试验结果与理论计算结果误差率小于2%,验证了提出的方法的可行性。进一步,将6~3型阿基米德铺砌柱面曲杆互承结构和同种类型的直杆互承结构进行对比,结果表明,曲杆的使用使得互承结构更易适应曲面形态,有利于减少杆件规格。Compared with the straight bar reciprocal structure,the curved rod reciprocal structure which meets the requirements of reciprocal configuration has fewer specifications and is easier to achieve the target surface.In order to achieve the configuration of the curved rod reciprocal structure,the parameters of the basic element of the curved rod reciprocal structure were defined,and the overlapping relationship between the curved bars was simplified to the positional relationship between the tangents at the overlapping point.Then the mathematical expression of the curved rod reciprocal structure was deduced,and the optimization algorithm objective function was obtained.By means of optimization algorithms,curved rod reciprocal structure can be constructed.Finally,based on the proposed method,the reciprocal structure composed of six curved bars and the 6~3-type Archimedes tilings cylindrical curved bar reciprocal structure were configured,which then was compared with the prototype model to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.The results show that the error rate between the test results and the theoretical calculations is less than 2%,and the proposed method is feasible.Furthermore,the 6~3-type Archimedes tilings cylindrical curved bar reciprocal structure was compared to the same type of straight rod reciprocal structure.The results show that the reciprocal structure is easier to adapt to the curved shape and the types of rods are reduced because of the addition of the curved rod.
