摘  要:设直角突变式支座的薄腹钢吊车梁,在吊车荷载作用下,腹板平面外变形产生的弯曲应力导致吊车梁腹板的疲劳性能明显降低。实际工程中的直角突变式支座薄腹吊车梁,在插入板端部位置的腹板沿竖向产生疲劳裂纹,裂纹长度最大达到300 mm,继续开裂会严重威胁生产安全。通过实测开裂的直角突变式支座薄腹吊车梁的动态应力、欠载效应的等效系数及平面外动态变形,得出吊车运行频繁程度和插入板端部切角弧度是影响插入板端部位置腹板疲劳强度的关键因素。采用有限元法和疲劳裂纹扩展分析技术,对直角式突变支座薄腹吊车梁插入板端部的腹板开展了拟静态疲劳裂纹扩展模拟,得出裂纹长度与应力强度因子的关系曲线。提出了适用于直角突变式支座薄腹吊车梁的钢板高强螺栓加固和“贝壳板”焊接加固两种加固方法,并对比分析了两种加固方法的有效性。证明钢板高强螺栓加固和“贝壳板”焊接加固均可有效降低裂纹尖端的应力强度因子,提高直角突变式支座薄腹钢吊车梁疲劳强度。The bending stress generated by the out of plane deformation of the web plate of a thin web steel crane beam with a thin web right angle mutation support under crane load significantly reduces the fatigue resistance of the crane beam web plate.In practical engineering,it has been found that the thin web right angle mutation support thin web steel crane beam generates fatigue cracks vertically on the web plate at the insertion position of the plate end,with a maximum crack length of 300 mm.Continuing to crack will seriously threaten the structure and production safety of the factory building.By measuring the dynamic stress,equivalent coefficient of underload effect,and out of plane dynamic deformation of a cracked steel thin web crane beam with a right angle mutation support,it was found that the frequency of crane operation and the radian of the insert plate are the key factors affecting the fatigue strength of the web at the insertion plate end position.Using the finite element method and fatigue crack growth analysis technology,the quasi-static fatigue crack growth simulation was carried out on the web of the steel crane beam inserted into the end of the plate on the right angle mutation support crane beam,and the relationship curve between the crack length and the Stress intensity factor was obtained.Two reinforcement methods,steel plate high-strength bolt reinforcement and ‘shell plate' welding reinforcement,were proposed for thin web right angle mutation support thin web steel crane beams,and the effectiveness of the two reinforcement methods was compared and analyzed.The research results of this article can provide scientific basis for the fatigue performance evaluation and fatigue reinforcement work of thin web crane beams with right angle mutation supports in practical engineering,and it has been proven that both steel plate high-strength bolt reinforcement and ‘shell plate' welding reinforcement can effectively reduce the stress intensity factor at the crack tip and improve the fatigue strength of th
