摘　　要：人权发展问题成为当今世界各国愈发关注的重点问题。新时代以来,习近平科学把握世界人权发展态势、审思中国人权事业发展问题,提出了一系列原创性的新观点、新论断,形成了习近平关于新时代人权工作的重要论述。这些重要论述系统构筑了新时代中国人权工作的基本理论,涉及发展特性、涵盖内容、本质目标、基本保障、全球视野等方面,丰富发展了马克思主义的人权理论,有效指引了新时代中国人权发展工作并宣示了中国人权发展的世界主张。The issue of human rights development has become a key concern for countries around the world today.Based on the development of human rights in the world and the review of China's human rights,Xi Jinping has put forward a series of original views and judgments,thus constituting Xi Jinping's important discourse on human rights work in the new era.These important discourses construct the basic theory of human rights work,involving development characteristics,content,essential target,basic guarantee,global vision,etc.,enriching and developing Marxist human rights theory,effectively guiding China's human rights development and declaring China's human rights development to the world.
