摘　　要：灵芝是一种现代研究较多的真菌,具有较高的食用及药用价值。本文通过查阅相关文献,对自然选择育种、诱变育种、杂交育种、原生质体融合育种及分子育种5种育种技术在灵芝中的应用研究现状进行总结,为灵芝品种的选育提供参考和理论依据。Ganoderma lucidum is a fungus that has been extensively studied in modern times and has high edible and medicinal value.This paper summarized the application and research status of five breeding technologies in G.lucidum,including natural selection breeding,mutation breeding,hybrid breeding,protoplast fusion breeding and molecular breeding by consulting relevant literature,and provide a reference and theoretical basis for the breeding of G.lucidum varieties.
