摘　　要：随着人们环保意识的日益提高,许多行业在制造过程中从使用传统的有机溶剂逐渐过渡到更环保的溶剂。低共熔溶剂由于其低成本、可生物降解性和易于制备等特点,已经成为一类性质优异的绿色溶剂,具有广泛的应用价值。低共熔溶剂是由两种或两种以上组分组成的低共熔混合物,由于组分之间强烈的氢键作用,导致了低共熔溶剂的熔点显著降低,远低于单组分的熔点温度。本文综述了低共熔溶剂的分类,讨论了低共熔溶剂的各种制备方法、独特的物理化学性质和毒性。同时,本文介绍了近年来使用低共熔溶剂提取天然产物的研究,为全面了解低共熔溶剂在提取方面的应用提供思路和借鉴。With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,many industries have gradually shifted from using traditional organic solvents to more environmentally friendly solvents in the manufacturing process.Deep eutectic solvents have become a kind of green solvents with excellent properties and wide application value due to their low cost,biodegradability and easy preparation.Deep eutectic solvent is a deep eutectic mixture composed of two or more components.Due to the strong hydrogen bonding between the components,the melting point of the deep eutectic solvent is significantly reduced,which is much lower than the melting point temperature of the single component.The classification of deep eutectic solvents is reviewed and various preparation methods,unique physical and chemical properties and toxicity of deep eutectic solvents are discussed.At the same time,studies in recent years on the extraction of natural products using deep eutectic solvents are introduced,which provides ideas and references for a comprehensive understanding of the application of deep eutectic solvents in extraction.
