生态诗人加里·斯奈德的海洋书写研究

摘　　要：美国山野诗人斯奈德创作了数量可观的海洋诗歌,可以称为海洋诗人。斯奈德的海洋书写包括海洋意象和海洋想象两个方面的主要内容,后者颇有价值,所蕴含的下列观点值得重视:海与山互相依赖、互相转化;海是生命之源,是阴性和母性的象征;水里看山可以颠覆“常识”,人类需要跳出自我看世界。斯奈德的海洋书写是其生态思想的体现,可能有助于纠正海洋文化与文学研究的三个偏颇:海洋与陆地的二元对立,用男性气质定义海洋精神,海洋研究中的海洋缺席。Gary Snyder,a poet themed on mountains and hills in the United States,has written a considerable number of marine poems,thus being known as a marine poet.Snyder's marine writing includes two main aspects:marine images and marine imagination,with the latter being quite valuable and containing the following viewpoints worthy of attention:the interdependence and mutual transformation between seas and mountains;since the sea is the source of life,as well as a symbol of feminine and maternal qualities,thus the perception of mountains in the water can overturn the"common sense",and humans need to perceive the world outside of themselves.Snyder's ma⁃rine writing,an embodiment of his ecological ideology,may help to redress three biases in the study of marine cul⁃ture and literature:the binary opposition between the sea and land,the definition of the marine spirit with masculin⁃ity,and the absence of ocean in marine studies.
