摘　　要：对海洋工程领域总承包管理模式进行了分析研究,指出设计、建造、安装板块负责项目总承包管理的优劣势,对不同板块总承包模式的适应项目类型进行了阐述。结合数字化转型整体趋势,对PMO总承包模式给出了发展建议,对今后海洋工程总承包工作具有一定指导意义。The general contracting management mode in the field of offshore engineering is analyzed and studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the design,construction,and installation sectors in charge of the general contracting management of the project are pointed out,and the project types adapted to general contracting modes in different sectors are elaborated.Combined with the overall trend of digital transformation,this paper gives development suggestions for PMO’s general contracting mode,which has certain guiding significance for the future EPCI general contracting work.
