摘 要:渤海B油田为高含蜡油田,在开发阶段,由于没有考虑相应的井筒防蜡措施,当井筒温度低于析蜡点时,原油中的蜡开始析出,并吸附在生产管柱内壁上,随着析出蜡越来越多,油管逐渐堵塞,致使油井不能正常生产。综合考虑原油析蜡点温度、生产管柱及环境温度的影响,设计确定下入隔热油管后的井口温度为40~42℃,在此基础上,运用相关软件计算下入隔热油管深度为1100 m。下入隔热油管后井口温度为43℃,解决了油井井筒结蜡问题,保证了高含蜡油井全年的正常生产。Bohai oilfield B is a high waxy oilfield.Due to lack of consideration of the corresponding wellbore wax prevention measures in the development stage,while the wellbore temperature is lower than the wax precipitation temperature,the wax in crude oil begin to precipitate and adsorb on the inner wall of the production string.As more wax precipitates,the oil pipe gradually becomes blocked,causing the oil well to be unable to produce normally.By comprehensively considering the influence of crude oil wax precipitation point temperature,production string,and environmental temperature,the wellhead temperature after running the insulated tubing is designed to be 40-42℃.On this basis,the related software is applied to calculate the depth of the insulated tubing to be 1100 m.After running the insulated tubing,the wellhead temperature is 43℃,which solves the problem of wax deposition in the wellbore and ensures the normal production of high wax oil wells throughout the year.
