摘　　要：防范学术不端行为是科技期刊编辑面临的一项艰巨而复杂的任务,通过分析新媒体背景下学术不端行为的产生原因,并对其具体表现形式进行归纳分析,提出了完善制度和规范处理流程、采用多种技术手段、提升科技期刊编辑自身素养和能力等防范学术不端行为的措施,希望能为科技期刊的健康发展保驾护航。Preventing academic misconduct is a challenging and complex task faced by editors of science and technology journals.This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of academic misconduct in the context of new media,summarizes the specific manifestations of academic misconduct,and proposes measures to prevent academic misconduct,such as improving systems and standardizing processing processes,adopting various technical means,and improving the literacy and ability of science and technology journal editors,in order to safeguard the healthy development of science and technology journals.
