摘 要:为全面了解中国房地产业融资结构现状,利用文献计量与内容分析方法搜集中国知网文献数据信息,通过CiteSpace软件从发文量、研究热点、核心作者与机构、热点趋势4个方面进行可视化分析,探寻中国融资结构研究的发展动向与前沿领域。将2010—2021年关于中国房地产业融资结构研究划分为3个阶段,借助共现图、聚类图、时序图等方法进行了客观剖析和总结,以期为中国房地产企业优化融资结构与提升企业价值提供参考。In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of China′s real estate industry financing structure,this paper uses bibliometric and content analysis methods to collect CNKI literature data information,and uses CiteSpace software to conduct visual analysis from four aspects:publication volume,research hotspots,core authors and institutions,and hot trends,to explore the development trends and cutting-edge fields of China′s financing structure research.The research on the financing structure of China′s real estate industry from 2010 to 2021 can be divided into three stages,and objective analysis and summary were conducted by methods such as co-occurrence graph,cluster graph,and time series graph,in order to provide reference for optimizing the financing structure and enhancing corporate value of China′s real estate enterprises.
