摘 要:目的 提出一种新型的木-钢复合楼板托梁体系,研究在相同持荷水平和相同火荷载条件下木-钢复合楼板托梁体系的耐火性能。方法 参照实际木楼,在平炉上布置左右2组不同楼板托梁体系,在相同持荷水平和相同火荷载条件下进行受火对比试验。结果 传统楼板托梁体系在试验时间到达1 h16 min后发生坍塌,而复合楼板托梁体系直到试验结束也未坍塌,只是底部木板烧坏、格栅部分烧毁、顶部局部烧穿和托梁出现较大挠度。结论 木-钢复合楼板托梁体系相较于传统楼板托梁体系的耐火时间有大幅度提升,在试验结束后,楼板仍然具有整体性和一定承载能力。A new type of wood-steel composite floor joist system which is proposed to study the fire resistance performance of wood-steel composite floor joist system is better than traditional floor joist system under the same holding load level and the same fire load condition.With reference to the actual wooden building,two groups of different floor joist systems are arranged on the flat stove,and the fire comparison test is carried out under the same load holding level and the same fire load conditions.The traditional floor joist system collapsed at 1h6min,while the composite floor joist system did not collapse until the end of the experiment,but the bottom board was burned,the grill was partially burned,the top was partially burned through and the joist showed large deflection.The wood-steel composite floor joist system showed a significant increase in fire resistance time compared to the traditional floor joist system,and at the end of the test,the floor slab still had integrity and a certain load-bearing capacity.
