摘 要:针对当前固定污染源相关信息系统建设相对独立分散,数据信息存在一数多源、数出多门等问题,以山西省为例,开展建设固定污染源统一数据库和数据回流共享研究,从固定污染源基础信息管理系统和生态环境数据推加实施两个方面,打通数据共享渠道,打破“信息孤岛”,解决固定污染源数据凌乱分散等难题,促进数据依法有序流动,为固定污染源监管及生态环境数据应用奠定基础。In view of the fact that the construction of the relevant information system of fixed pollution sources is relatively independent and scattered,and there are many problems in the data information of fixed pollution sources,such as multiple sources and multiple outlets of data information.Taking Shanxi Province as an example,the research of unified database and data reflux sharing of fixed pollution sources has been carried out.In order to solve the problems of messy and scattered data of fixed pollution sources,the basic information management system of fixed pollution sources was built,and the ecological environment data was pushed and processed.At the same time,the data sharing channels was opened up,and the"information island"was broken.On the one hand,it promoted the orderly flow of data according to law,and on the other hand,it laid the foundation for the supervision of fixed pollution sources and the application of ecological and environmental data.
