摘　　要：对国有大型冶金矿山企业的发展现状进行分析,提出了冶金矿山企业实施以市场促发展的企业经济管理方式。冶金矿山企业要坚持以价值创造为导向,以经营业绩为核心,以促进企业发展为目标,聚焦三个“关键”点,开展超额利润分享机制,提高企业经济效益和社会效益,带动冶金矿山行业飞速发展。The development status quo of state-owned large-scale metallurgical mining enterprises is analyzed,and the economic management mode of metallurgical mining enterprises is proposed to promote development by market.Metallurgical mining enterprises should adhere to the value creation-oriented,business performance as the core,in order to promote the development of enterprises as the goal,focus on the three"key"points,carry out the excess profit sharing mechanism,improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises,and drive the rapid development of the metallurgical mining industry.
