摘　　要：研究旨在评估发输电与用电系统的碳中和经济效益,并提供合理的政策建议。首先,对发输电与用电系统的碳排放情况进行了详细分析,包括排放源、趋势和影响因素。然后,基于碳中和目标制定了碳减排策略,并模拟了不同碳减排措施对经济效益的影响。最后,结合实证结果,提出了优化碳减排路径、提高经济效益的政策建议。The study aims to assess the carbon neutrality of power generation,transmission and consumption systems and to provide reasonable policy recommendations.First,the carbon emissions of power generation,transmission and consumption systems are analyzed in detail,including emission sources,trends and influencing factors.Then,carbon emission reduction strategies are formulated based on the carbon neutral target,and the impacts of dfferent carbon emission reduction measures on the economic benefits are simulated.Finally,policy suggestions to optimize the carbon emission reduction path and improve the economic benefits are put forward in combination with the empirical results.
