摘　　要：从海船船员办理适任证书签发时的任职资历审查入手,通过分析任职资历审核中发现的主要问题,结合工作实践提出针对性的对策和建议,为进一步完善海船船员任职资历管理提供借鉴和参考。This article starts with the review of seafarers' record of service when applying for the issuance of competency certificates.Based on a study of the main problems identified in the review of service record,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions in view of actual practice,aiming to provide reference for further improving the service management of seafarers.
