摘　　要：文章基于当下高校校园建设中文博文化类建筑建设兴起的热潮,以高校校园老旧历史建筑为研究单元,探讨这一建筑类型的特殊价值。在可持续发展的时代背景下,采用文献研究、案例分析和比较研究方法,从改造策略的不同角度进行分析。得出在历史文化传承、新功能平面布局、展示传播手段等诸多方面的改造策略,并总结了老旧建筑适应性改造的通则,为高校校园历史文化的延续及可持续发展提供新的思路。Based on the current boom of Chinese culture buildings on college campuses,the paper explores the special value of this building type by selecting old historical buildings on college campuses as the research unit.In the context of sustainable development,literature research,case study and comparative research methods are adopted to analyze the transformation strategies from different angles.The transformation strategies are obtained from the aspects of historical and cultural heritage,new functional layout,display and communication means,etc.,and the general rules for adaptive transformation of old buildings are summarized.It provides new ideas for the continuation of history and culture as well as sustainable development of college campuses.
