基于AHP-GIS的城市历史性空间价值评估研究——以桂林历史城区为例

摘　　要：历史性空间作为城市历史文化的重要载体,其价值提升是城市空间更新改造中的重要一环。文章选取桂林历史城区为研究对象,借助AHP和GIS核密度估计法、叠加分析法等手段,定量化构建桂林历史性空间价值评估体系,可识别化评估历史性空间价值。研究表明:①旅游价值、建筑价值、历史价值和环境价值是桂林历史性空间价值的决定性因子;②历史性空间在历史城区内总体呈分布离散且密度较低的特征;③桂林历史城区中历史性空间价值分布呈显著的“多核集聚”和“东北高、西南低”特征。对于丰富城市历史性空间价值研究成果、推动城市遗产保护和引导当代桂林城市建设具有重要意义。Historical space is an important carrier of urban history and culture,and its value enhancement is an important link in the renewal of urban space.The paper selects the historical city of Guilin as the research object,uses AHP and GIS kernel density estimation method,and superposition analysis method,quantitatively constructs the value evaluation system of Guilin historical space,and then identifies and evaluates the value of the historical space.The research shows that:①the tourism value,architectural value,historical value and environmental value is the decisive factor of Guilin historical space value.②The distribution of historical space in the historical urban area is discrete with relatively low density.③The distribution of historical spatial value in the historical area of Guilin shows the characteristics of“multi-core agglomeration”and“high in northeast and low in southwest”.It is of great significance to enrich the research achievements of urban historical space value,to protect the urban heritage and to guide the contemporary urban construction of Guilin.
