摘　　要：分析了金桥煤矿选煤厂精煤回收率低、中煤发热量高等问题存在的原因,结合现场实际情况,对重介质旋流器进行了技改替换,并增设了煤泥再选回收系统。工艺系统技术改造后的生产实践表明,精煤产率提高约1.50个百分点,可以多回收精煤1.60万t/a,经济效益显著。By analyzing the problems of low recovery rate of clean coal and high calorific value of middlings coal in Jinqiao Coal preparation plant,combining with the actual situation of Jinqiao coal preparation plant,the heavy medium cyclone was replaced by technical transformation,and the slime reconcentration system was added.The production practice shows that Jinqiao Coal preparation plant can recover 16,000 t/a clean coal through the technological transformation of process system,and create economic benefits of 25 million yuan/a,with significant economic benefits.
