摘 要:察哈素选煤厂加药机和压滤机均为单机自动化设备,生产期间煤泥水系统存在岗位劳动强度大、生产效率低、安全可靠性低等问题,基于以上原因开发设计了智能煤泥水系统。该系统从架构设计、控制逻辑等多个维度进行研究,提升煤泥水系统各环节的智能化水平,提高生产效率与煤泥水指标,减少人工依赖性,降低岗位劳动强度。The slime water system is the most important and complex system in coal preparation plant production,and it is the key link to realize the closed circuit cycle of washing water in coal preparation plant.The dosing machine and filter press of Chahar coal preparation plant are both single automatic equipment.During the production,the slime system has problems of high labor intensity,low production efficiency and low safety and reliability.Based on the above reasons,the intelligent slime system is developed and designed.The system is studied from multiple dimensions,such as architecture design,control logic and adjustment algorithm,to improve the intelligence level of each link of the slime water system,improve the production efficiency and slime water index,reduce manual dependence,and reduce the labor intensity of posts.
