摘　　要：针对煤矿企业班组管理粗放,职工文化水平低,技能素质低,缺乏竞争力等问题,提出开展班组自主管理。以亭南选煤厂为例,分析了班组管理工作存在的问题,介绍了在开展创建“六好”厂部班组自主管理活动中的主要做法,通过做实班组自主管理工作,切实夯实基层基础工作,提高班组自主管理水平。In view of the extensive team management,low cultural level,low skill quality and lack of competitiveness of coal mining enterprises,the importance of team independent management is emphasized.Taking Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant as an example,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the team management,introduces the main practices in carrying out the activities of establishing the“six good”factory headquarters and creating the self managing team,and through strengthening the self managing work of the team,effectively tamps the basic work at the grass-roots level,and improves the self managing level of the team.
