摘 要:禾草沟选煤厂由于矸石易泥化,导致重介旋流器分选效率降低、粗精煤泥产品灰分高、重介精煤“背灰”。通过分析粗煤泥工艺环节存在的问题,采用电磁筛替代弧形筛对粗精煤泥脱泥降灰,增加原煤预排矸系统等一系列措施,有效降低了粗精煤泥灰分,提高了旋流器分选效率,提高了综合精煤产率和企业经济效益。As a result of the gangue easy to dification,the separation efficiency of heavy intercycler,which reducedash content of crude refined coal products is high in Hecaogou.By analyzing the problems existing in the crude coal slime process link,that used Electromagnetic sieve to replace the mud removal and ash removal of coarse cleaned coal,increased a series of gangue discharge system measures to reduced coal ash,The hydrocyclone sorting efficiency is improved,which improve the comprehensive cleaned coal production rate and the enterprise economic benefit.
