摘　　要：以电厂输煤系统为分析对象,完成该电厂输煤PLC控制系统的设计。设计输煤控制系统的主电路和PLC控制电路;在硬件设计的基础上,完成输煤PLC控制系统的程序流程功能设计;以WinCC组态软件为依托平台,开发该输煤控制系统的上位机监控系统画面,完成该火力发电厂输煤远程监控系统的组态设计;设计远程监控系统的各种图形界面和监控功能,实现对输煤系统的远程监控。This paper expounds the design of PLC control system for coal handling in power plant based on the analysis of coal handling system.The main circuit and PLC control circuit of coal conveying control system are designed,the program flow function of PLC control system of coal conveying is designed on the basis of hardware design,to develop the monitor and control system picture of the upper computer of the coal fossil-fuel power station control system,complete the configuration design of the remote monitoring and control system,design various graphic interfaces and monitoring functions of the remote monitoring and control system,realize the remote monitoring and control function of coal conveying system.
