摘  要:本文采用了曲轴表面微观形貌对比和实验验证的方法,研究了变频旋转式压缩机曲轴在表面处理工艺有二硫化钼和无二硫化钼两种状态,分析比较了曲轴在两种状态下的摩擦性能,并将其运用在变频压缩机上。结果表面,曲轴无二硫化钼涂层的状态比曲轴有二硫化钼的状态摩擦系数高0.3%,压缩机性能,曲轴磨耗在4µm左右,性能系数提高0.4%,噪音增加0.3dB。In this paper,the surface morphology of the crankshaft is compared and verified by experiment,and the surface treatment process of the crankshaft of the variable frequency rotary compressor is studied in two states:molybdenum disulfide and molybdenum disulfide,and the friction performance of the crankshaft in the two states is analyzed and compared,and it is applied to the frequency conversion compressor.As a result,the friction coefficient of the crankshaft without molybdenum disulfide coating is 0.3%higher than that of the crankshaft with molybdenum disulfide,and the compressor performance,crankshaft wear is about 4μm,coefficient of performance is increased by 0.4%,and noise is increased by 0.3 dB.
