摘 要:本文首先综述了流动工况及结构参数对管道振动特性的影响规律,其次对流体激振力作出了总结,最后在此基础上对未来研究方向进行了展望。结果表明:管道振动与流型密切相关,段塞流与环状流下的振动较为强烈;激振力随体积含气率的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;振动强度随气液混合流速、气/液相表观流速的增大而增强。激振力强度随管径的增大而增大,但其主频随管径的增大而减小。流体激振力的产生原因主要有动量通量的波动、流体对管道的冲击力及流体压力波动;较准确的激振力预测关联式为韦伯数的幂函数。The influence laws of flow conditions and structural parameters on tube vibration characteristics are reviewed firstly in this paper.Secondly,the fluid excitation force is summarized.Finally,the future research direction is prospected.The results show that the tube vibration is closely related to the flow pattern,and the vibration response due to slug flow and annular flow is greater.With the increase of volume void fraction,the excitation force increases at first and then decreases.The vibration intensity increases with the increase of gas-liquid mixed velocity and gas/liquid superficial velocity.The intensity of excitation force strengthens with the increase of the tube diameter,while it dominates frequency decreases with the increase of the pipe diameter.The main reasons for the generation of fluid excitation force include the pulsation of momentum flux,the impact force of fluid on the tube and fluid pressure fluctuation.The more accurate prediction correlation of excitation force is the power function of Weber number.
