摘 要:目前,我国小麦小区株行播种作业以人工为主,作业效果差,影响小麦小区株行育种试验准确性。因此,为解决我国小麦小区株行播种易混杂,均匀性差等问题,设计一种适用于我国小麦小区株行播种机排种装置。该装置采用离心式锥形体排种器排种,利用电磁阀控制矩形叉带动圆柱套环和存种套筒,促使小麦颗粒沿锥形体倾斜表面下滑并随锥形体圆铜盘转动一圈均匀分散到锥形体圆铜盘的扇形排种口,完成分种作业;分种后的小麦颗粒通过落种管自由落到高速旋转离心分配头上并被均匀甩到离心分种管内落到地面,完成播种作业。为验证锥体分种装置和离心排种装置的最佳参数组合,利用EDEM软件对分种阶段和排种阶段进行离散元仿真。仿真结果表明,本装置设计参数为最优参数组合,确定了所设计分种装置和排种装置的合理性。At present,the planting operation of wheat plots in China is mainly artificial,and the operation effect is poor,which affects the accuracy of the breeding experiment of wheat plots.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of easy to mix and poor uniformity,a kind of planter r arrangement device was designed for Chinese wheat plots.The device uses a centrifugal cone type seed discharging device,and uses a rectangular fork controlled by a solenoid valve to drive the cylindrical sleeve and seed storage sleeve,which makes wheat particles slide down the inclined surface of the cone and evenly disperse to the fan seed discharging port of the cone type copper plate by rotating one circle.The wheat particles after seed separation fall freely into the high-speed rotating centrifugal distribution head through the seed drop tube and are evenly thrown into the centrifugal seed separation tube and fall to the ground to complete the sowing operation.In order to verify the optimal parameter combination of the cone seed separation device and the centrifugal seed discharge device,the discrete element simulation of the seed separation stage and the seed discharge stage was carried out by using EDEM software.The simulation results show that the design parameters of the device are the optimal combination of parameters,and the rationality of the designed seed separation device and seed arrangement device is confirmed.
