摘  要:目前我国温室大棚的建筑面积及大棚蔬菜产量均为世界前列,但大棚蔬菜播种机械化作业并没有大面积普及,但随着人们的生活水平提高,对大棚蔬菜的需求程度也日益增加,传动的播种方式已经远远满足不了现在的需求,因此设计了一种温室用电动蔬菜播种机,降低劳动强度,改善了劳动者的作业环境。本文主要介绍相关温室蔬菜的种植模式与此电动蔬菜播种机的整体设计、关键部件的结构设计与特点。通过相关试验与结果分析得到此电动蔬菜播种机能达到相关蔬菜的种植标准,填补了目前国内温室大棚蔬菜播种机械发展的空白,为今后相关机械的设计与研究提供相关参考依据。At present,the construction area and vegetable production of greenhouses in China are among the top in the world.However,the mechanization of vegetable sowing in greenhouses has not been widely popularized.However,with the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for greenhouse vegetables is also increasing.The transmission sowing method can no longer meet the current needs.Therefore,an electric vegetable sowing machine for greenhouses has been designed to reduce labor intensity,Improved the working environment for workers.This article mainly introduces the planting mode of greenhouse vegetables and the overall design of this electric vegetable seeder,as well as the structural design and characteristics of key components.Through relevant experiments and result analysis,it was found that this electric vegetable sowing machine meets the planting standards of related vegetables,filling the gap in the development of greenhouse vegetable sowing machinery in China,and providing relevant reference basis for the design and research of related machinery in the future.
