摘　　要：哮喘为一种慢性气道炎症性疾病,临床上常用针灸治疗哮喘患者,针灸疗法可以控制哮喘发生、发作,减轻发作程度,减少激素用量,降低激素不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。然而,针灸治疗哮喘的发病机制尚不明确。本研究基于蛋白质组学探讨针灸治疗在哮喘发病机制气道炎症,气道高反应性以及气道重塑中的作用,从而为哮喘的诊疗以及针灸的作用机制提供科学有效的研究思路。Asthma is a kind of airway inflammatory disease,which is commonly treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in clinic.Acupuncture and moxibustion can control the occurrence and attack of asthma,reduce the degree of attack,decrease the dosage of hormones,alleviate the adverse reactions of hormones,and improve the quality of life of patients.However,the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion remains unclear in the treatment of asthma.Based on proteomics,this study explored the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in terms of pathogenesis of asthma,airway inflammation,airway hyper-responsiveness and airway remodeling,thus to provide scientific and valuable research ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating this disease.
