摘  要:研究了不同种类潜固化剂对单组分聚氨酯防水涂料消泡效果、力学性能及储存稳定性的影响,结果表明,不同种类的潜固化剂均能有效消泡;醛亚胺类潜固化剂对涂料的力学性能基本无不利影响,但噁唑烷类潜固化剂会明显降低涂料的力学性能;分子结构中不含与异氰酸酯反应或引发其他反应基团的醛亚胺类潜固化剂对涂料的储存稳定性无不利影响。In this article,the effects of different types of latent curing agents on the defoaming effect,mechanical properties and storage stability of single component polyurethane waterproofing coating are studied.The results show that all the different types of latent curing agents can effectively defoam;aldimine based latent curing agents have little adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the coating,but oxazolidine based latent curing agents can significantly reduce the mechanical properties of the coating;aldimine based latent curing agents,of which the molecular structures do not contain groups that react with isocyanates or trigger other reactions,have no negative effect on the storage stability of the coating.
