摘 要:【目的】研究低磷胁迫对谷子株型及磷肥利用和分配的影响,为谷子肥料的高效利用提供理论依据。【方法】在盆栽条件下研究不同基因型谷子磷相关形态指标、干物质积累量、磷素积累量、磷素分配规律的差异,并结合大田实验进行验证。【结果】(1)低磷处理时,在盆栽条件下,晋谷21的地上干物质积累量和植株磷积累总量均低于磷正常处理,在大田条件下孕穗期及以后植株磷积累总量显著低于磷正常处理,穗部磷分配比例显著降低,晋谷21的磷吸收效率较低;(2)低磷处理时,在盆栽条件下,与磷正常处理相比,济谷13的植株磷积累总量孕穗期差异不显著,成熟期低磷条件下的植株磷积累总累量较其它品种高,大田条件下,与磷正常处理相比,孕穗期和抽穗期植株磷积累总量差异不显著,穗部磷素分配比例显著增加,济谷13的磷吸收能力较高;(3)低磷处理时,在盆栽条件下,豫谷18的地上干物质积累量和植株磷积累总量在孕穗期以前低于正常处理,但在孕穗期以后高于正常处理,大田条件下,正常磷处理谷子植株磷积累总量高于低磷处理,豫谷18的穗部磷积累量高于其它品种。【结论】低磷处理与磷正常处理条件下,谷子地上部干物质积累量、植株磷素积累总量的差异表现为在孕穗期和抽穗期前后不同,不同基因型谷子由于对磷吸收与利用效率的差异在孕穗期和抽穗期前后也不相同。低磷处理下,成熟期较高的磷积累总量是耐磷型谷子磷吸收效率高的主要原因,该研究可为耐磷型谷子品种的选育提供理论依据。【Objective】The effect and mechanism of low phosphorus stress on millet plant type and utilization and distribution of phosphorus fertilizer were studied,to provide the theoretical basis for efficient utilization of millet fertilizer.【Method】In the experiment,potted environ⁃ment was used to study the differences of phosphorus related plant type indexes,dry matter accumulation,phosphorus accumulation and phosphorus distribution rule of different genotypes of millet,and field experiment was combined to verify.【Result】(i)Under low P condi⁃tion,the above⁃ground dry matter accumulation and total P accumulation of plants of Jingu21 under pot condition were lower than that under normal treatment.Under field condition,total P accumulation at booting stage and after the normal treatment was significantly lower than that under field condition,and the P allocation ratio in ear was significantly decreased,and the P uptake efficiency of Jingu21 was lower.(ii)Jigu13 had no significant difference in total phosphorus accumulation at booting stage under pot conditions,and its performance was better than other varieties under low phosphorus at maturity stage.Under field conditions,there was no significant difference in total phosphorus ac⁃cumulation at booting stage and heading stage,and the proportion of phosphorus allocation in ear increased significantly,and Jigu13 had higher phosphorus absorption capacity.(iii)The dry matter accumulation and total phosphorus accumulation of Yugu18 were lower than nor⁃mal treatment before booting stage,but higher than normal treatment after booting stage.The phosphorus accumulation of Yugu18 under normal treatment was better than that under low phosphorus treatment under field condition,and the performance of Yugu18 among varieties was better.【Conclusion】Low P had different effects on dry matter accumulation and total phosphorus accumulation in the ground of millet at boo⁃ting stage and before and after heading stage.Different genotypes of millet also had different ef
