摘　　要：根据古籍记载,部分医家认为骨关节病变与“经筋”密不可分,随着研究证明,经筋理论在针灸治疗骨关节病中能够起到重要作用。因此,以经筋理论为基础治疗肩关节周围炎的方法也在逐年增多。本研究以经筋理论为基础,结合经筋病理分期与肩关节周围炎的临床分期,探讨分期针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的可行性与优势。According to the records of ancient books,some doctors believe that bone and joint lesions are inseparable from meridian sinew.The researches have proved that the theory of meridian sinew can play a key role in treatment of bone and joint diseases,the methods of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis based on the theory of meridian sinew are also increasing year by year.This study explored the feasibility and advantages of staging acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis based on the theory of meridian sinew,combined with the pathological staging of meridian sinew and the clinical staging of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
