围化疗期特种针灸疗法的应用与分期治疗思路探析

摘　　要：课题组从事针灸抗化疗毒副作用的临床及基础研究近40年,已明确多种针灸疗法均对化疗所致的各系统毒副作用有增效减毒之功,本研究通过阐释火针、穴位注射、穴位埋线、刺络、隔姜灸及穴位贴敷疗法在肿瘤患者围化疗期的临床应用,结合课题组前期研究成果,分析发现特种针灸疗法在围化疗期各阶段的运用各有所长,在预防及减轻化疗所致不良反应方面疗效显著,且操作简便、舒适安全,可提高患者的生活质量,使患者“带瘤生活”“舒适生活”,可在围化疗期不同阶段进行推广使用,为临床提供新的治疗思路与多种选择。Our research group has been engaged in clinical and basic researches on acupuncture and moxibustion against chemotherapy toxicity and its side effects for nearly 40 years,and has made it clear that a variety of acupuncture and moxibustion therapies have the effect of increasing the efficacy and attenuating the toxic side effects of various systems caused by chemotherapy.This study explained the clinical applications of fire acupuncture,acupoint injection,acupoint catgut embedding,puncturing collateral,ginger-partitioned moxibustion and acupoint application during perichemotherapy period in patients with tumor.Combined with the previous research results of the research group,it is found that the use of special acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in each stage of perichemotherapy period has its own advantages,and has a significant efficacy in preventing and alleviating adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy.It is comfortable,safe and easy to operate,and can improve life quality of the patients,so that the patients can‘live with tumors’and‘live comfortably’.It can be promoted and used at different stages of perichemotherapy period,which provides new treatment ideas and a variety of options for clinical practice.
