路玫治疗化疗所致骨髓抑制针灸“扶正”学术思想探微

摘　　要：化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤最常用的疗法之一,而骨髓抑制是化疗所致最常见的毒副作用之一,严重影响患者的治疗进程、疗效预后和生活质量。路玫教授砥志研思,溯古求新,植根于针灸抗化疗毒副作用研究近40年,特别是在针灸治疗化疗所致骨髓抑制方面临床经验积淀丰富,作用机制鞭辟入里、匠心独运。路玫教授临床运用“扶正升白膏”“阴阳互引”隔姜灸等创新性疗法,并通过临床及动物实验两方面对外周血象、骨髓象、骨髓造血因子、造血微环境、细胞修复、增殖、凋亡以及骨髓细胞Notch信号通路相关差异基因等多方面、多层次进行机理探讨。本研究从路玫教授的临床经验及实验探究其学术思想,为研究针灸抗化疗毒副作用提供参考。Chemotherapy is one of the most commonly used treatments for malignant tumors,and bone marrow suppression is one of the most common toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy,which seriously affects the treatment process,efficacy,prognosis and life quality of patients.Professor LU Mei strives for excellence and innovation by tracing back to the past.She has focused her researches on the field of acupuncture and moxibustion against chemotherapy side effects for nearly 40 years.In particular,she has accumulated rich clinical experiences in treating chemotherapy induced bone marrow suppression by acupuncture and moxibustion,the mechanism of her treatment is penetrating and ingenious,full of invention.Professor LU Mei clinically applies innovative therapies,such as‘Fuzheng Shengbai Ointment’and‘Yin Yang mutual attraction’ginger-partitioned moxibustion,and does researches on the mechanisms of peripheral hemogram,myelogram,bone marrow hematopoietic factors,hematopoietic microenvironment,cell repair,proliferation,apoptosis,and bone marrow cell Notch signaling pathway related differential genes in many aspects and at multiple levels through clinical and animal experiments.This study summarized Professor LU Mei's academic thoughts from his clinical experience and experimental exploration,in order to provide reference for the study of acupuncture and moxibustion in improving toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.
