摘　　要：本研究借鉴系统论中的中医学思想探讨浮针疗法的系统中医学原理,首先,论证了浮针疗法蕴含的功能性原理。提出浮针所谓“患肌”理论,实质应该理解为“气血功能失常导致患肌产生”,提出生理状态是气血充足、筋强肌健,病理状态是气血紊乱、筋肉失序,浮针治疗的机理是复行气血,以调筋肉;其次,论证了浮针疗法中体现的有机性原理,提出多患肌存在的本质是诸多肌肉有机性联系的破坏,提出浮针医学的“远程轰炸”可以使紊乱的肌肉群之间的有机联系得以改善,其内在机制与引徕效应和压电、反压电效应相关;再次,论证了浮针疗法中体现的元整体原理,提出其治疗手法中“扫散”“再灌注”的起效机制是“以不病调已病”,“一元之气”调“万病之多”;最后,论证了浮针疗法中体现的自主性原理,提出浮针疗法能激活人体的自愈调节机制,其实现途径有四:(1)利用“肌肉泵”的作用排除病理产物;(2)病理产物的消除有利于患病部位的正气来复;(3)调节肌肉(群)之间的协调关系,恢复功能关系正常;(4)扫散和再灌注活动作用是从器官到分子的多层次自主调节效应。本研究通过浮针疗法的系统中医学原理探讨,以推动浮针理论的中医现代化发展。This study explored the systematic principles of Fu's subcutaneous needling(FSN)based on systematic theory in Chinese medicine.Firstly,the functional principle of FSN was demonstrated.It is proposed that the so-called‘tightened muscle’theory of FSN should be understood as‘Qi and blood malfunction causes tightened muscle’.The normal physiological state should be featured with sufficient Qi and blood,and with strong tendons and muscles;the pathological state is featured with disorder of Qi and blood,as well as with disorder of tendons and muscles.The mechanism of FSN is to restore the flow of Qi and blood and to regulate tendons and muscles.Secondly,the organic principle of FSN was demonstrated.It is proposed that the existence of multi-inflicted muscles is the destruction of the organic connection of many muscles,and the‘remote attacks’by FSN can improve the organic connection of the disordered muscle groups,and its internal mechanism is related to the attraction effect and the piezoelectric and anti-piezoelectric effects.Thirdly,the original holistic concept of FSN was explored.It is proposed that the treatment techniques of the mechanism of‘sweeping away’and‘reperfusion’is to‘regulate the disease with the non-disease’,and‘original-Qi’to handle with‘many diseases’.Finally,the principle of autonomy of FSN was discussed,and it is proposed that FSN activates the body's self-healing regulatory mechanism,which is achieved by means of using‘muscle pump’to eliminate pathological products,eliminating pathological products to facilitate vital-Qi returning to the affected area,regulating coordination between muscles(groups)and restoring their normal function,as well as by means of multi-level autonomic regulation effect from organs to molecules through sweeping and reperfusion activity.This study aims to promote the modernization of FSN by exploring the systematic TCM principles of FSN.
