任督二脉隔姜雷火灸疗法对原发性痛经患者子宫微循环及PGF_(2α)水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估任督二脉隔姜雷火灸疗法干预原发性痛经的疗效。方法:将80例原发性痛经患者随机分成试验组(任督二脉隔姜雷火灸疗法)和对照组(布洛芬治疗),各40例。观察两组患者治疗前后的血清PGF_(2α)含量、子宫动脉血流指数(RI、PI、A/B)、VAS评分和CMSS评分。结果:试验组和对照组总有效率分别为90%(36/40)和70%(28/40)。治疗3个疗程后,两组患者的VAS评分、CMSS评分、PGF_(2α)、PI、RI和A/B均有所下降,且试验组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过3个月的跟踪观察,试验组VAS、CMSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:任督二脉隔姜雷火灸疗法治疗原发性痛经临床疗效良好,可以通过改善患者的子宫微循环、降低PGF_(2α)水平有效缓解痛经的症状。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of thunder-fire moxibustion with ginger through Ren Merdian and Du Meridian on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion with ginger through Ren merdian and Du meridian,whereas the control group was treated with Ibuprofen.The content of serum PGF_(2α),the indexes of uterine artery blood flow(RI,PI,A/B),as well as the scores of VAS and CMSS were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90%(36/40)in the study group and 70%(28/40)in the control group.After three courses of treatment,VAS score,CMSS score,PGF_(2α),PI,RI and A/B level were decreased in the two groups,and the changes were more significant in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of VAS and CMSS were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion with ginger through Ren merdian and Du meridian has a good clinical efficacy in treating primary dysmenorrhea,which can improve the patient's uterine microcirculation and reduce PGF_(2α)level,and effectively alleviate symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
