摘　　要：耳鸣耳聋是耳科中的顽疾、难疾,本研究总结林国华教授运用综合针法治疗耳鸣耳聋的经验。林教授认为耳鸣耳聋患者常为“上实下虚”,实证主取手足少阳经,辅以辨证论治;虚证主取手足少阳及足少阴肾经,再配以任脉及辨证论治。病程较久者辨证配以募穴。重视耳周针刺手法——发蒙针法的运用,巧妙将普通针刺、火针和埋线等治疗手段综合运用,使配穴不受体位的影响,腹背相应,阴阳相合。Tinnitus and deafness is a stubborn disease in otology.This study summarized Professor LIN Guohua's experience in treating tinnitus and deafness with comprehensive acupuncture.Professor LIN believes that patients with tinnitus and deafness are often featured with‘upper excess and lower deficiency’.For excess syndrome,Shaoyang meridians of hand and foot are mainly taken,supplemented by treatment based on syndrome differentiation;for deficient syndrome,Shaoyang meridians of hand and foot and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian,combined with Ren Channel and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,are applied.The patients who are given multi-treatment and with a long course of disease,acupoints based on syndrome differentiation combined with front-Mu points are selected.He attaches great importance to the application of acupuncture manipulation around the ear with Fameng acupuncture,and skillfully uses common acupuncture,fire needling,catgut embedding and other treatment methods to make the point prescriptions not being affected by body position,abdomen and back correspond,and Yin and Yang consistent.
