摘　　要：癌性疼痛简称为“癌痛”,是中晚期癌症患者最常见的临床症状之一,严重影响着患者的生活质量,是迫切需要解决的临床问题。本研究归纳了针灸治疗癌痛的作用机制研究进展,着重介绍了针灸对细胞免疫、炎症因子和p38MAPK等信号传导通路和TRPV1离子通道的调节作用,以期为针灸治疗癌痛的临床应用提供科学依据,并为癌痛的针灸治疗提供思路。Cancer pain,is one of the most common clinical symptoms in patients with intermediate and advanced cancer,which seriously affects life quality of patients,and is an urgent clinical problem that needs to be solved.This study summarized the research progress on action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cancer pain,focusing on the regulatory effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on cellular immunity,inflammatory factors,p38MAPK and other signal transduction pathways and TRPV1 ion channels,in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cancer pain.
