摘 要:随着对自动化、智能化和绿色化制造理念的推动,工业机器人被越来越广泛地应用于制造业。在现代船舶制造中,船舶分段涂装作为船舶分段建造方法的关键一环,推广适用的机器人操作,可缩短其作业周期、提高分段建造质量,以确保船舶质量。对国内外船舶建造现状展开分析,探究大型船舶分段涂装工艺和适用的涂装机器人,比较国内外涂装机器人在搭载方式、结构机理、作业效率、绿色环保等方面的特点,阐述其优缺点,以期为大型船舶分段涂装机器人的研发提供参考。最后,对船舶分段涂装机器人未来的发展趋势进行展望。With the rapid development of automation,intelligence,green manufacturing concepts,the application of industrial robots is becoming more and more popular in the manufacturing industry.In the modern shipbuilding mode,surface treatment is a key part of the ship block construction method.The promotion of the use of robot can shorten the block painting cycle and improve the quality of block construction,thereby ensuring the quality of the ship.The present status of domestic and foreign shipbuilding is analyzed and the large ship blocks surface treatment technology and applicable robots are introduced.In terms of carrying forms,structural mechanisms,operating efficiency and environmental protection the characteristics of domestic and foreign painting robots are compared.Their respective advantages and disadvantages are pointed out in order to provide a reference for the research and development of painting robot for large-scale ship blocks.Finally,the future development trends of surface painting robot are prospected.
