摘 要:针对机械臂架系统关键焊缝计算效率不高、计算结果不准确的问题,以长臂架混凝土泵车的臂架系为典型工程装备部件,以关键焊缝为研究对象,提出基于刚柔耦合特性,使用子模型技术对焊缝进行精细化计算与优化。在ANSYS Workbench中,建立臂架系统整体刚柔耦合模型,通过动力学仿真分析得到部件在典型工况下的铰孔载荷;建立关键焊缝的子模型,使用子模型技术得到焊缝真实的应力分布;提出焊缝的优化方案,对比分析焊缝优化前后的计算结果,验证方案的可行性,并应用于实际生产。结果表明:对具有大柔性、多臂节的机械臂架系统,基于刚柔耦合特性,采用子模型技术对关键焊缝进行精细化计算,可提高计算效率,获得更真实、准确的计算结果,为焊缝的校核和优化提供依据,为大型构件局部结构的计算提供参考。A method with fine calculation and optimization on the key weld of the concrete pump truck was proposed in the research.With a sub-model technique,the key weld research was based on the rigid-flexible coupled characteristics.Since as typical engineering equipment parts,long arms frame concrete pump truck boom system requires the key weld to raise calculation efficiency and results.In ANSYS Workbench,the rigid-flexible coupling model of the whole boom system was established,and the hinge point load of the components under typical working conditions was obtained through dynamic simulation analysis.Therefore,the sub-model of the key weld was established and the more genuine stress distribution of the weld was obtained.Accordingly,the optimization scheme of weld parameters is proposed.Meanwhile,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by comparing and analyzing the calculation results before and after the optimization of weld parameters,and it is applied to actual production.The results show that based on the rigid-flexible coupling characteristics,the sub-model technology can be used to calculate the key welds of the manipulator with large flexibility and multi-arm joints.This can improve the calculation efficiency,obtain more genuine and accurate calculation results,so as to provide a reference basis for the check and optimization of welds and the calculation of local structure of large components.
