摘　　要：目的探讨在纤维结肠镜检查前行基于改良式标准作业程序(SOP)的肠道管理的效果。方法选取2019年9月—12月在某上海市三甲综合医院行纤维结肠镜检查的住院患者共108例为研究对象,分为对照组55例和观察组53例。两组均采用硫酸镁口服方式导泻,对照组实施常规肠道管理,观察组采用基于SOP的肠道管理。比较两组的肠道准备情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组肠道准备质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口服硫酸镁过程中出现乏力的人数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维结肠镜检查前行基于改良式SOP的肠道管理,能进一步提升口服导泻效果。Objective To investigate the effect of modified management based on standard operation procedure(SOP)in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods A total of 108 in-patients who underwent fiberoptic colonoscopy in a Grade A general hospital in Shanghai from September to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=55)and the observation group(n=53).All patients received oral administration of magnesium sulfate solution for bowel preparation.Routine bowel management was adopted in in the control group,while the modified SOP management was adopted in the observation group.The quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy and incidence of complications were ob-served and compared between two groups.Results The qualification rate of bowel preparation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of dizziness symptoms during oral administration of magnesium sulfate solution in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified SOP management is potentially effective to improve the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
