摘　　要：本文总结1例脑卒中后遗症期一侧肢体运动功能障碍伴麻木患者的“护士-家属-患者”三方协同病程管理及护理体会。在常规护理的基础上,通过医护、家属、患者三方协同合作,根据患者的特点,实施多维度护理干预,包括功能锻炼、情志护理、睡眠护理、中医护理等,提高患者康复信心,优化康复治疗过程,加速患者脑卒中后肢体运动功能的恢复。This article summarized the nursing practice of"nurse-family-patient"tripartite co-ordination course management for a patient with with limb motor dysfunction and numbness in se-quela stage of stroke.On the basis of conventional nursing,A tripartite coordination course man-agement team consisting of nurses,family caregivers and patients were established,and a multi-dimensional nursing program including functional exercise,emotion care,sleep intervention and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing were carried out to improve patient rehabilitation confi-dence,optimize rehabilitation treatment process,and accelerate the recovery of limb motor func-tion and numbness after stroke.
